Initially we will meet and discuss your project and your expectations. We will walk through your ideas, budget and time line in and effort to set goals and expectations.

From our initial consultation we will develop a rough design that will be the basis for the proposal pricing.

BL will provide a detailed proposal outlining all phases and included work. The proposal will also outline items that are excluded from the proposal in an effort to minimize any confusion.

Upon acceptance of the proposal BL and the client will finalize design by making final selections on items like materials, colors and finishes.

Once design and timeline is finalized then the action begins. Our team of professionals and preferred subcontractors will take the project from design to reality.
